Access rules & procedures

(a) Any deliveries and/or collections can be made without prior notice during our standard opening hours of Mon-Sat 0900 – 1730hrs, and Sundays 12 – 1630hrs.

Should you need assistance in moving/connecting your caravan, we would advise that prior notice be given to prevent delay/inconvenience.

Bay numbers will be allocated to all customers. Please ensure that you place the vehicle in the centre of the bay and leave a minimum gap of 2 feet at the rear of the caravan, but no more than 3 feet.

(b) Additional charges may be made in the event of excessively late/early and/or unplanned collections/returns.

(c) It is vitally important that pre-arranged out of hours visits are promptly met. Should lateness be inevitable please telephone 01446 772945 in the first instance or 07973 795643 if no reply.

(d) Vale of Glamorgan Caravan Sales will endeavour to assist in any emergencies on your part.
