Security Statement

(A) Security features of Vale of Glamorgan Caravan Sales (Storage) are: -

Manned Security lodge at Business Park entrance during weekday evenings with 24 hour cover during weekends and Bank Holidays

Perimeter is either securely fenced or benefits from solid walls of adjacent properties

Single re-enforced access gate with hardened steel chains and locks

3 x 3” steel dead posts in front of gate

CaSSOA (Caravan Storage Site Owners Association) silver award pending.

Site is fully lined with allocated bays

(B) No customer will be allowed access to the storage area unless accompanied by a by a representative of Vale of Glamorgan Caravan Sales

(C) All of Vale of Glamorgan Caravan Sales representatives have been trained in the correct procedures to secure the storage compound

(D) No keys are provided directly to customers

Vale of Glamorgan Caravan Sales has adopted a proactive approach to maximise the safety of the caravans (and other vehicles) within its storage facility. We believe our investment and measures are likely to deter crime and thus create a more secure storage environment.

To assist us with maintaining such an environment, we would ask that all customers take personal responsibility with regard to the basic preventative measures such as using wheel clamps, hitchlocks, locking doors and windows, and minimalising valuable items in the vehicle itself.

Vale of Glamorgan Caravan Sales can take no responsibility for loss or damage to your caravan but remains committed to prevent such circumstances being the case.
