Termination of Agreements

(a) Vale of Glamorgan Caravan Sales will automatically write to you 1 calendar month prior to the end of your pre-paid tariff (NOTE This will not apply to quarterly booked customers). A reply and settlement for the storage agreement extension (if extended) will be required within 14 days of this notification. Should a reply not be received within 14 days, Vale of Glamorgan Caravan Sales will seek to fill the vacant space.

(b) Should an extension not be required, collection of the caravan must be made by the agreement end date. Failure to do so will incur a charge of £2 per day.

(c) Vale of Glamorgan Caravan Sales reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time. Any monies due (i.e. refund) will be made on a pro-rata basis.

(d) If termination of this agreement is made at the customer's request, no refund will be given.
